so...yeah, i survived my first week of training! well, week zero, so 25 weeks out. here is what it looked like:

m swim 45 min easy
t run 4 miles
w core class 45 min (lower body focus)
th 1hour spin class
f REST!!!!!!
sa 30 mile ez long bike
su 7 mile run (9 min miles)

7.5 hours total
100% of workouts completed
11 miles running
30 miles bike was tough, but i made it!!!!!! that looks to be my format for accountability for the next 24 weeks!!! ha, we'll see what happens. so far, so good. right knee is a little sore...and i'm a little tired!'s gonna be a fun journey.
