Didn't think I had that in me. Funny thing is that when I was looking at watch right before we hit mile 6, I was right on target for 47 and some change. I still hammered the last .2 and that flew by fast!

A fast course...great weather. ONWARDS to the Houston Half Marathon next weekend. Another PR? One can hope...

good news from Tough Cookies camp (the girls I will be riding the MS150 with this year):

I'M IN!!!!!!! WOOHOO!

Now, to try to relax a little today (read=try to stay off feet) as tomorrow I have the first race of the season, the IBM 10k.

I DIDN'T GET IN!!!!!!!

As karma would have it, I forgot my credit card at home this morning and by the time i tried to sign up for the MS150 tonight, it was sold out!!!!!!!!!

i'm so sad and pissed at myself...someone come comfort me!!!!!!!
