IBM Uptown 10k, a new PR!

48:27.

Didn't think I had that in me. Funny thing is that when I was looking at watch right before we hit mile 6, I was right on target for 47 and some change. I still hammered the last .2 and that flew by fast!

A fast course...great weather. ONWARDS to the Houston Half Marathon next weekend. Another PR? One can hope...

    OH MY GOODNESS!!! That's just AWESOME!!!

    I'll be looking for ya next weekend! I'm running the first leg of the relay with Faithy running the 2nd.

    Thought I'd aim for about an 8:30 pace so you may start in front of me and I'll never see you = ))
