Ironbabe Tri!

Well, what can I say. I took almost 10 minutes off my time from last year. If that isn't improvement, I don't know what is!

Most fabulous of all, the bike, Whitey, is fantastic. We averaged 18.4 mph today, which is a personal best for me on the bike. I will never race a road bike again. Next on the agenda, if she is good, some race wheels:)

    So good to see you! Congrats on a great race. I beat my time from last year by almost 5 minutes. Love what those tri bikes do for us. :) I'm coveting race wheels but I'm not sure I can justify the cost... :(
