Change of heart...
I still plan to train with T3 for swimming (year around) but I decided today I am going to train with Gilbert's Gazelles instead for the marathon season. I know Gilbert will help me achieve my running goals, as noted below.
I can't wait...!

Jan 09: 3:50 marathon!
Oct 09: Austin 70.3!
Jan 10: 3:40 marathon!
April 10: Boston marathon!!!!
Oct 10: Austin 70.3!
Jan 11: marathon (just finish it)

8/27/08: Half-ass update #892
OMG...I am hopping on the bandwagon.
Maria and Jane, watch out. It looks like I will be joining the blue and white ranks next week...
I'm actually pretty nervous, lol.

Ironbabe Tri!
Well, what can I say. I took almost 10 minutes off my time from last year. If that isn't improvement, I don't know what is!
Most fabulous of all, the bike, Whitey, is fantastic. We averaged 18.4 mph today, which is a personal best for me on the bike. I will never race a road bike again. Next on the agenda, if she is good, some race wheels:)
More later...must.get.sleep.
